Claimed rewards not received (Brave Wallet)

Briefly describe your issue:
I have already claimed the January rewards, however I have not received them in Brave Wallet. I don’t know what’s going on.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 - [Versão 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87]

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
No (Brave Wallet)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

you can’t withdraw BAT to Brave wallet.
unfortunately, withdrawal is only available in verified Uphold and Gemini accounts.
I hope they added more other options than uphold and Gemini.

The Brave wallet is not for receiving BAT from rewards right now, but you could transfer it from a verified custodian account like Uphold if you’d like. The Brave wallet is mainly for being a self custody wallet to hold your cryptocurrencies in general and for interacting with Dapps.
