After installing brave in my android mobile I found that the icon is chrome icon with “Brave” as the app name. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and also tried rebooting my phone but no luck. Instead of the brave safron lion icon it is showing chrome icon.
Did you have a custom theme for your device? Which OS – device model? cc @Mattches

Yes, I was a using a custom theme. It worked after deleting the theme. Thanks for your help.
