Click to play video on the updated Dev Version and the site crashes.

Video should play as normal

Reproduces how often:
Constant

Brave Version(about:brave):
Version 0.62.4 Chromium: 73.0.3683.39 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Was not able to reproduce on MacOS w/ Brave 0.62.4 dev. Perhaps this happens on Windows?

Unable to repro on Win10 x64:

If you experience the crash again while using Cheddar, mind going into brave://crashes and submitting those reports? Once submitted, can you add the Crash Report ID into the GitHub issue @luke.mulks mentioned above.
