Description of the issue: While Brave is open, if you change the hostname then shut down, the SingletonLock file does not get removed, locking a person out of the application
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Open Brave
- Open terminal, change hostname (sudo hostnamectl set-hostname test)
- While Brave is still open, forcefully shut down your computer (The SingletonLock file should be deleted when you close Brave, but shutting down will not delete it)
- Start up computer and fail to open Brave, with no dialog as to why
