Changing hostname and shutting down gets your profile locked

Description of the issue: While Brave is open, if you change the hostname then shut down, the SingletonLock file does not get removed, locking a person out of the application

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open Brave
  2. Open terminal, change hostname (sudo hostnamectl set-hostname test)
  3. While Brave is still open, forcefully shut down your computer (The SingletonLock file should be deleted when you close Brave, but shutting down will not delete it)
  4. Start up computer and fail to open Brave, with no dialog as to why
