Change user agent in Brave Android Browser

I want to change my android Brave browser user agent to

Mozilla/5.0 (Android 7.0; Mobile; rv:54.0) Gecko/54.0 Firefox/54.0

Is this possible? I have rooted android phone with Android 10. AOSP custom rom.

It can be easily done on firefox with addon and on kiwi browser with extension.

How i can do this on Brave Browser for Android?

I’m sorry, but I don’t believe this is presently possible in Brave. That said, we are working to add support for extensions in an future release, which will allow ua-switching. If you don’t mind, what is your use-case for this request? Thanks!

To get lite version of google search results. similar to Firefox shows google results.

Check screenshots. Brave vs FF.

Possible to get similar lightweight results on brave? I have old device, so ff google search results are way faster.

@poxion I think by enabling Script blocker for Google via Brave icon at URL bar will give you the “expected result”.

@eljuno Is correct; by blocking scripts on Google, you should get the desired results.

the questions myself too, no experiences? PrepaidCardStatus

Hello, @boilscighxu. You can achieve these results by blocking Scripts on the page. To block scripts, click the small lion (:lion:) icon to the right of the address bar, and turn off scripting. I hope this helps.
