Change default :mailto link to open Yahoo Mail in Brave browser

Description of the issue: How do I get email links to open my Yahoo Mail page? It defaults to Chrome? How do I change this?

There is no UserPrefs as referred to in https://community.brave.com/t/how-to-change-default-mailto-link/26263
