to all those looking for support on missing BAT, be careful submitting a support request with your internals information.
i submitted one in mid july, and provided the information to user @steeven and then at the end of the conversation thread, he wrote that he had submitted a support request. when i went to the thread in my inbox, it had been deleted by steeven, and not recoverable (although I have some of the emails saved).
my BAT went from 176.4 to zero and when I contacted him again, he requested the same information, as if he were a bot.
do not share your internals info with anyone until they fix this problem. lost a good bit of BAT the hard way.
