Captcha's failing

**Description of the issue: Persistent problem passing Captcha’s. **
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Encounter Captcha
2. Answer correctly (multiple times)
3. Get FAILED message

Expected result: To progress to ‘check out’ for example. Doesn’t.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (arm64)

**Additional Information: I noticed what might be a “new” kind of captcha.. it says “hCaptcha”.

Also: I was trying to leave a Request (contact form), completed that then encountered Captcha (2-3 times).
