The captchas are not working. There is so much I can‘t do now and it is frustrating. Please fix that. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for reaching us and I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. Could you kindly try creating a new profile by going to main menu > create a new profile , to see if the issue persist? Additionally, try to disable shields to use captchas and let us know if that helps.

I just found out how to turn off shields. It worked. Thanks a lot I really appreciate your help!
