You can use this to reset a device for uphold, Unable to re-verify wallet - #118 by Mattches. However, the wait may be quite a while before they can work on it due to the number of people requesting it. There is supposed to be a fix Brave is working on to get rid of these limits coming within the next month or so.

Hello, thank you very much for answering me, I already did those steps, I will continue waiting, they should include an option in which users can delete devices and including the loss of the rewards of those devices, to avoid confusion and conflicts, that way there would be no abuse of the accounts.
