When I click on the “Verify wallet” button and log in Uphold it just sends me back to the rewards page without my wallet being linked.

What can we do about it?
Before they even had the option to verify a mobile wallet with an already verified one, I was tipping my github account through my mobile app. This is not a very good solution however since they take 20% out of your tips, and you need to have at least 5 BAT in your tipped account for it to transfer.
