Cant verify uphold wallet on mobile

Hey Everyone,

I’ve been getting my brave rewards all ok until up to this month.
AS the wallet is saying I need to verify (uphold).

So I go through the process and when I get to my phone on uphold to authorize, it comes up with error ‘something went wrong’.

When I check the integrations in uphold, it says it authorized.
In brave, it just does not seem to connect.
I’ve tried deleting the connection in uphold and re-authorize, but still get the same issue.

When I check in rewards-internals it has wallet info /balance info,
But the external wallet info, it says: Wallet status: Not connected.

When I goto the logs, I see this the below.
I raised a ticket on the support, but I didn’t get an auto email response with ticket number.
When raising a ticket, do people usually get zendesk ticket ID?

If I uninstall brave and reinstall - would I lose the BAT in my account?

Any ideas on what I can try?
