Can't use Brave rewards in my desktop PC

Hi i install brave in my notebook and use it for a week, all works fine, i got 0.30U$D in that period of time.
But i install brave in my desktop PC and get the follow message in rewards configuration:

And in the Brave Rewards “card” doesn’t show the earnings:

Somebody has any idea?

Some info:
-Bot PC have Windows 10.
-I’m from Argentina.
-I don’t use VPN in any of the PC’s.

could you check the region setting in your windows 10 settings is set to the right country

and after that make sure you configured your device correctly
