Can't synch between 2 PCs

Hello. I have to synchronize the office PC with the home PC. I configured the office PC, I activated the synchronization and generated the code, then I inserted the code on the home PC and now both devices are in synchronization. I have set up to synchronize everything, but the home PC does not acquire anything from the office PC. The version is 1.73.101 for both PCs
