It looks like Schoology is attempting (or about to attempt) to get some data from that Google Drive – there’s a good chance Shields is blocking the action here. Turn Shields down (temporarily) and try performing the action again. If it works, we know Shields is at pay here – from there you can narrow down the individual protection causing issues.
At first glance, I think it’s either 3p cookies or Device Recognition causing the issue. Let me know what you find out. You may also want to thumb through the Shields documentation we have:
