I can’t find a way to get Uphold and Brave to work. I have a balance there, but whatever I do, the balance won’t show in Brave and is not usable. I still still an issue?

@pkcorp Let me, does your Rewards show you as connected, such as in the screenshot below?
As to why mine is showing 0, I just moved my BAT out from Brave Browser card on Uphold, therefore there’s no balance to be seen.
Also want to ask, when you say Uphold balance, are you referring to just the balance you have received in payments from Brave in the past that still is in your Uphold? Or are you referring to your entire Uphold balance? If it’s the latter, Brave won’t show that through the card. It will only show you what’s in the Brave Browser card in your Uphold account.
I’m referring to my whole balance, what do you mean by it will only show what’s in the Browser card? I also bought some Brave on Uphold in orderer to use it…so it should also show there?!
Screenshot below is my cards in Uphold. The names are a bit confusing. So Basic Attention Token is all the BAT I have in my Uphold account. Then underneath, it breaks down what they all are.
Brave Rewards, oddly enough, isn’t actually Rewards but instead is my Creators balance, kind of. But lately that’s been working slightly different, as you can see it also put part of my tips on Creators from Twitter on its own card.
Brave Browser is my Rewards balance that’s been paid out. I did have 240 or so, but I recently moved that over to Brave Wallet. That’s an unrelated story, so I’ll skip the details. What’s important is that I had emptied it and that’s why it’s showing 0.00 on the screenshot I provided.
Essentially I’m wondering if your BAT balance is moved into a different spot, similar to how mine is divided up like you see on this. If so, it might be why you’re having the difference.
Either way, what I do want you to verify is that your BAT is still showing if you actually login to uphold.com and check your balance there.
It used to be that all of this was together on one card. But Uphold got silly and started to differentiate. It’s possible/plausible that this is the issue you’re having. If so, may have to wait and see if this next payout will put in and then that balance show up in what you’re seeing.
What gets me is you claim you linked to Uphold several months ago. But when I look at the balance and transactions you show me, 100% of your balance is just what you bought. You have nothing there received from Brave. This means either you just recently linked and just started earning (no payout yet) OR it means that you have gone several months with no earnings.

So if you’re telling me info is as you have shared and indeed it’s been months but no payments, that support ticket will have you provide details Brave will need to investigate and try to help you. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to assist with specific details of your account(s) as I’m just another user and am not employed by Brave.
