Cant see downloaded files in iOS App

Hello when i download some photo or video i cant see in downloads folder. its started to happen when i restore my iphone. my ios version
iOS 17.6.1 (21G101)

Wait so are you saying that none of those files actually downloaded? They said they downloaded but they didn’t? I just had to go to the app’s store page and manually download the update like that. Now downloads are showing up where they should. Please tell me if they but actually meant nothing downloaded so I can stop using this app.

That’s actually really depressing if the devs screwed up this bad

They pushed out a fix that should be available to everyone on app store. Can you update and advise if issue resolves? It should have just landed in the last 24 hours or so

The update allows me to see downloads that were claimed to be saved from after the update (as expected).

I’m asking if the downloads that were claimed to be saved before the update (but didn’t show up in the “Downloads” folder) can now be seen or were never actually saved?
