Can't open Brave Rewards

When I click on the Brave Rewards icon on the upper right I only get a white rectangle. I can’t tip a website anymore. I restarted Brave completely but it didn’t help.

Expected result: Show the Brave Rewards info

Brave Version: Version 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132
