Can't login. Unable to pass Two factor authentication

Hi, I can’t pass the Two factor authentication, and I can’t even remove it.
I get a blank Page sometimes when trying to remove it with a text “Try again in a bit”.

I was able to login a week ago, but now I’m not able to login

When I request Two factor authentication removal cancellation
I get an email with a link like https://publishers.basicattentiontoken.org/publishers/cancel_two_factor_authentication_removal?id=ID&token=TOKEN, BUT it redirects me to https://publishers.basicattentiontoken.org/
