Can't get m'y acount on a new device

Hi,

I made a Sync between my old and New phones. The 2 devices appear on my New phone but m’y rewards disappeared and my uphold account too.
Can u help me please ?

Sync does not sync your wallets/BAT. Your wallets can only be synced by connecting them to Uphold (max of 4 wallet connections).
You need a minimum of 25 BAT before you can connect your android wallet to Uphold. So since you’ve moved over to a new phone you can’t connect your new wallet. Your BAT balance should be safe in Uphold, once the new wallet on your new phone reaches 25 BAT, you can connect it and should see the other BAT sync with it.
