unfortunately for me i accidentally bought a brave vpn at google playstore and google wont refund it for me.
so i dont have any choice but to force myself to use this browser and its vpn. i want to link my laptop browser but it wont let me, keeps on saying i dont have a purchased plan even though google deducted it on my wallet. i dont have any invioce number as well.
i have ticket number already------- 319264
I tried to log in. Brave sent me a link in my email but it says i dont have any active plans subscription. But i do have a plan. I bought it at google playstore.

@orej the account page on Brave is for people who buy it directly through Brave, primarily on Desktop. Mobile devices pay through the App Store and have to manage subscriptions there, as you have shown.
But you’re saying you want to cancel it. That would be done through Google Play. On the bottom of your screenshot you see it says Cancel subscription. That screenshot shows you have it active and you paid for the year, so it will charge again on June 20, 2026.
You typically are bound by Google Play’s agreements. When you sign up for the subscription it is very specific about what you’ll be charged and when. If you just hurried through and accepted it, that generally would be on you. This is why they would have denied your claim.
Anyway, I know 2 days ago Evan123 said someone from Brave would be getting back to you. I’m sure they already looked into things but if not you’ll see what Brave decides to do. I just wanted to add this info for anyone else who sees the topic.
It doesn’t look like you’re using the Brave Browser to link. If your email app defaults to another browser, please copy/paste the emailed login link directly into Brave. This should resolve the matter.
