Can't drag and drop upload?

All of a sudden today I cannot drag and drop upload to Discord (web version) Dropbox (web version) or Google Drive (web version)

I try to drag a file/folder into the aforementioned applications

I get no errors but my cursor turns into a red “no” sign (circle with the line across it) and nothing happens once I release the mouse button

The expectation is files/folders should begin an upload process

Happens every single time, reboot, restarted

Windows 11 and Brave V1.32.113

I do have permission to upload to these areas, I just now have to do it all manually which takes significantly longer when my day is full of file transfer work.
