Can't drag and drop in bookmark manager

#1

I read somewhere that you can drag and drop bookmarks in the bookmark manager, but I am unable to do so. I can move bookmarks on the bookmark bar to some extent (only the ones there, if I try moving stuff there from the additional bookmarks menu it only lets me drop it in folders on the bar)

but in bookmarks manager I can’t order anything. All it allows me to do is put bookmarks into different folders.

I thought this had been fixed, am I wrong or is my browser misbehaving?

It doesn’t work. In the Bookmark Manager, open a folder and drag a bookmark in that folder to another spot in the same folder. While dragging you’ll see the rectangle with the bookmark’s name and last visit timestamp dragged around, but when place it and release the drag and it’s still in its old position.
