Let’s try resetting your host files.
To reset the Hosts file back to the default, follow the steps below:

Open Notepad

Copy the following text, and then paste into Notepad:

Each # entry should be kept on an individual line. Save the file name as
"hosts"
in the File name box, keep the type as.txt
and then save the file to your desktop. -
Close Notepad.

Go to the
etc
folder by following this path:%WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc

Right-click the Hosts file and rename it as “Hosts.old”.

The copy or move the Hosts file that you created in step 3 from the desktop to the
%WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc
folder. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password, selectContinue
.
After all these steps, please try the language download again.
