Can’t download apk’s from xda forums

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Goto https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/app-2-2-mixplorer-v6-x-released-fully-featured-file-manager.1523691/
  2. Try to download mix explorer or any other apk from xda forums
  3. Results no download or opening of apk

Expected result:

Latest from google play

Mobile Device details
S10+, android 11, oneui 3.1

Additional Information:

Reproduced here… Changed shield settings then disabled shields completely and nothing in download dir. On desktop, no issue downloading files…
