Can't create wallet in preferences

Description of the issue:

Create wallet option is blanked out .

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Tried restart and options provided in other posts similar to this.

So you’re saying that this option is disabled or greyed out in your browser? If so, can you share a screenshot of the option greyed out?

Thanks Mattches - at first it just kept saying creating wallet. Then I quit Brave and relaunched and now it’s stuck like this.
