How can this issue be reproduced?
- I click a new tab which is the Brave homepage. This is for Desktop and Android
- The Shields icon is greyed out. This is for both Desktop and Android.
- All other sites work on both Android and Desktop
Expected result:
Was able to select Shields on both Desktop and Android
