Can't claim pending rewards

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I can’t claim my pending rewards. I started using Brave long ago and I got a bunch of BATs but i could NEVER claim them.

Expected result:

Claim bats and transfer to my uphold account or to a content creator.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.23.75 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

Additional Information:

I have another wallet in the same situation with less BATs, thats the one that use to use my family.
