Cant claim earned rewards from 2 months

I just recently installed Brave Browser about 3 months ago and i cant claim the rewards. When i click the ‘claim’ it loads for a minute then it shows a ‘Sorry’ message with a coin picture on it. Its been a 2 months and i don’t want to reinstall it because the rewards maybe gone. Thank you!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
