Can't check Gemini Wallet or receive any earnings

Since a couple of months I can not connect to Gemini Wallet, everytime I try I receive de following error:

“Erro: o perfil de Recompensas Brave foi sinalizado”

Which means that my profile was sinalized

It is always under verification
