Can't change tip amount on tipping banner

I can change everything on the tipping banner and within 24 hours it will be updated. However I can’t change the tipping amount. I set the tipping amount to 1/10/100 but it still displays on my site as 20/50/100.

I tried using the “same banner for all sites” option and waited 24 hours, still no change. I switched it back to setting banner per channel and waited 24 hours, still no change. I changed the message displayed to user, after 24 hours that changed but not the tip amount.

Help?
