According to this, your account has been flagged. I am not sure what occurred for the system to have marked your account as an issue. As to what you need to do, I’ll copy/paste from the FAQ:
Just as that notice says, no action is required. The system will routinely check and if your account can be unflagged, it will do so. Brave will not advice why your account was flagged, as they don’t want to let people know the types of activity the system is picking up on. The reason for that is they want to give as little help to people abusing and scamming the system as possible.
If you know/believe you did nothing wrong, you can attempt to create a Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
Just be advised that there is no guarantee you’ll get answers or assistance in regards to flagged accounts.

Yes, I know. Your account is flagged. This is another way to say it’s been suspended. You can’t link to Uphold if you’ve been suspended. If you did not violate terms and think it is a mistake, you must contact Brave by creating a Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
