Can't Access Labcorp Site

Several times now I’ve tried to log into my account on the following page:

https://patient.labcorp.com/

After 5 minutes I give up – the message still shows a spinning icon with the message “Processing . . . Please Wait.”

It loads within a second or two on Safari, also on Chrome.

Hi @mbabco, thanks for reaching out to us!
You’re seeing this behavior because of the away (I imagine) your Shields are configured - namely your “cookie control” settings. Luckily its an easy fix:

  1. Navigate to https://patient.labcorp.com/
  2. Open your [site-specific] Shields panel ( lion icon on the top right)
  3. Under the “Cookie Control” setting, select “Allow All Cookies” from the dropdown menu

The page should reload automatically and you should be good to sign in!
