Not sure about whether you’re in or not. Does Gemini include England in UK? haha. In any case, had you seen the notice linked below? If your account isn’t in any of those areas, you can’t connect to Gemini at this time.
That said, is your Gemini account set for England? Is your IP and Locale on your device(s) set as if you’re in England? This might be one of the things where you’ll need to actually contact Brave directly by creating a Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
