Can't access Chase bank account, posting for a user, who doesn't have a community account


Hi everyone, I was speaking with another user on a different forum and he mentioned to me he has been trying to log into his multiple Chase bank accounts with Brave, but he can’t seemed to get any further after he is logged in, he get’s these error messages. “seems like something is wrong - try again later” also Chase sent him this
"It looks like this part of our site isn’t working right now.
Please try again later. Thanks for your patience."

He was wondering if it was a problem with the UA string? He confirmed he can log in with Seamonkey using the Firefox UA string with no problems. So I imagine part of the problem is the Chase website is getting confused with the Chromium UA string?

I would try adjusting shield settings. Possibly turning off ‘Block Scripts’ and ‘Fingerprinting Protection’. Could you recommend that and see what happens?

This is still happening. Tried it on mine and am having the same issues, event when I turn my shields off.
