Can't access a website - resolving to a local IP that doesn't exist

I’ve turned my PC on this morning and one website I access (telegraph.co.uk) isn’t resolving. When I enter the url and try and access it I get an error saying

“This site can’t be reached
192.168.99.1 took too long to respond”

This reproduces every time I try and access the site. I use a VPN and I have tried turning this off to see if it makes a difference. I have tried using a different browser (Chrome) and this can access the site. I’ve rebooted and that hasn’t made a difference.

I’m using Windows 11 and Brave v1.50.114

Any ideas from anyone?

Thats a local ip, is your DNS going through your router? or have an anti-virus with “web protection”?
