Cannot verify uphold wallet anymore

I did complete identity verification long ago , But i keep getting complete identity verification. When i click on it i get Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again… after it does open uphold witch is working fine now , before it would say uphold down.

I am trying to use Brave Portable could that be it , But it has always worked before never had this happen.
