Briefly describe your issue:
I verified 4 accounts on my previous install of windows with gemini and then due to some problems i deleted that windows and re installed windows and now i get maximum verification error. I know this type of topic is already there in the community but in that method the form asks for Custodian Member ID OR Uphold Member ID but as i have deleted that windows I do not have any way to get custodian member ID and I verified my wallet with gemini so there is no Uphold member ID.
