Cannot use Spotify on Brave - "Playback of protected content is not enabled."

Description of the issue: Open.spotify.com displays “Playback of protected content is not enabled.” despite protected content IDs enabled in site settings and widevine enables in extensions

@Villicus so to confirm, I’m seeing you mention that you have Widevine enabled, right?

If so, I’d like you to go to brave://components and see if you can update it there. In the list of things there, you should see Widevine Content Decryption Module. From there click to Check For Update and see if it shows any errors or if it cycles back around to say it’s up-to-date.

When I try to do that, it’s saying update error. I finally got a lead, at least.
