**Description of the issue: Trying to switch to Brave browser on Chromebook (Samsung galaxy 2) and sync *everything including passwords from Chrome browser. This is not happening because Brave thinks I need to set up a screen lock or bio-metrics, which in fact are already set up.
**Steps to Reproduce: Tried to sync everything, cannot sync passwords.
**Reproduces how often: It has never successfully synced
