Cannot sync my iOS account to my laptop

When I try to sync my brave account to my newly created laptop account I get the error “the brave rewards server did not respond please try again (1)” [](
I’ve reset the browser and my phone three timesand yet it’s still happening. I had a few BAT in there so I’d like to try and solve this issue.
