Cannot Sync: "Brave could not access your operating system's safe storage. "

Recently wondered why my browsers on PC and Phone wasn’t syncing, so checked out this error message on my PC Sync Settings page - I recently changed the location of my Appdate/Roaming folder (was running out of space on the partition it was previously on), and I’m assuming that might be the problem? If so, how do I point Brave in the right direction to fix the problem?
