How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Attempt to redeem BAT tokens

**Expected result: Getting my tokens into my wallet.

**Additional Information: It hasn’t worked for months. This shouldn’t be an issue if it’s a main draw for your browser.

I have photo/video of the issue yet your site won’t allow someone to upload if this is their first issue? What a stup1d rule for a help forum. Another reason to drop Brave.

You could use Loom or upload your videos to YouTube or Vimeo and upload your screenshots to Imgur and send links. I think they’d accept that.

Also, I can’t redeem any of my rewards either. Just get an error message.
