Cannot read property 'hash' of undefined... What does it mean?

Description of the issue:
Most of the time I can’t either create or login into my Crypto Wallet because I receive this message: “Cannot read property ‘hash’ of undefined”

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Yesterday, I try to create a Cryptowallet account and I couldn’t. Everytime I enter a password I receive the message: “Cannot read property ‘hash’ of undefined”.
  2. Today I was able to create my account
  3. Today and after a long while I tried to enter in my crypto wallet created.
    3.1 The system asked me the password.
    3.2. I entered the password
    3.3. I receive the same message again (Cannot read property ‘hash’ of undefined), being unable to open it.

Expected result:
I expected to access my crypto wallet at any time I needed without receiving that message that I do not know what it means.

Most of the time.
