Description of the issue: Cannot play MP4s or WEBMs
How can this issue be reproduced?
By playing any MP4. For instance the ones on the following page do not play at all https://samplelib.com/sample-mp4.html
Expected result: They Should Play!
Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: Tried it on Edge, it works there. It also effects Google’s Half Moon Doodle game they have right now. Disabling hardware acceleration in Brave allows MP4s and WEBMs to play again.
Youtube works perfectly fine, it seems to be just raw MP4s and WEBms.
