Cannot Play MP4s or WEBMs

Description of the issue: Can’t play MP4s or Webms at all.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Playing literally any MP4 or Webm, such as these ones: https://samplelib.com/sample-mp4.html

Expected result: It should play!

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: This has been happening for at least 2 or 3 days that I’ve noticed. The same videos do play in Edge. This also effects Google’s Half Moon Game Doodle they have on their front page right now.

I should also mention that disabling Graphics Acceleration allows me to play MP4s and WEBMs again.
