Cannot login to www.mysupermarket.co.uk

Description of the issue:

I cannot login to www.mysupermarket.co.uk however logging in with facebook profile works. This is not a solution as to check out your online shopping you need to provide the username and password of the supermarket you want to check out to. If you click on check out nothing happens, same as when you try to log in.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Go to www.mysupermarket.co.uk
  2. Create an account
  3. Try to log in > 1st issue, does not work
  4. log in with your facebook profile
  5. create an account with any supermarket linked to mysupermarket.co.uk (e.g. Waitrose)
  6. add to the basked a product from let’s say Waitrose
  7. try to check out, you need to use the Waitrose username and password > 2nd issue it doesn’t work

Latest update: 0.25.304 - it didn’t work on the previous one either but I dont know what the previous version was

It seems that you’re still using Brave (muon) 0.25.x. This version is no longer supported and has been replaced by the new Brave Browser (brave-core) 0.59.x and higher. https://brave.com/brave-upgrades/

Can you try download the new version from brave.com ? https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018538092-How-do-I-update-Brave-to-the-newest-version-

No need to uninstall the current Brave. You can run it in parallel. After you installed the new version, you can import your browser data from prev. Brave. https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019782291-How-do-I-Import-or-Export-Bookmarks-

After you installed the new version 0.59.x, you can try to login again and see if the issue still persist.
