I have the same issue, which started yesterday. FB used to work before this, now I keep getting the same error OP is getting.
I’ve noticed issues with many websites the past few days, actually. Seems to have something to do with cookies and the browser sending too many at one time. Clearing cookies doesn’t work.
Hmmm, IE and Edge gives the same problem
