Briefly describe your issue:
When I try to connect my Gemini account to Brave rewards I get an error about the API endpoint not existing.
Settings > Rewards > Verify> Gemini:
{"result":"error","reason":"EndpointNotFound","message":"API entry point '/v1/oauth/auth' not found"}

New Tab > Gemini Card > Connect to Gemini:
invalid client id format
(from the url it looks simply empty to me)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave
)?
Garuda Linux, Brave: 1.29.79 Chromium: 93.0.4577.63, installed via AUR (Arch User Repository) using Paru (AUR helper).
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
No, I cannot verify it exactly because of the issue described in this post.
What date did you verify your wallet?
N/A.
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
I used Uphold in the past and it worked well I guess, but I have reinstalled my OS a few times and now Uphold says I’ve reached the max amount of linked Brave installations. Also I prefer using Gemini overall.
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Yes, Mullvad VPN connected to Italy/Milan. Issue persists with VPN disconnected however.
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, Italy.
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A.
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I have, but I am no longer trying to setup Uphold.
