In Brave talk I am able to grant permission for video but cannot grant permission for audio. Windows 11 OS settings allow Brave to access audio and video. Mike test was successful in online mike test.

The settings for microphone and camera were set to ask on Brave. I set both those devices to allow. I then visited talk.brave.com and I was asked to allow use of the microphone. When I clicked allow, my microphone became operational on talk. The camera icon was grayed out but when I clicked the icon the camera opened. I then received a message that my devices were functioning properly.
I thought it strange that after changing the settings for microphone and camera in the Brave settings that I was asked to allow on the talk site. Regardless, I am up and running.
